Queensland Rail is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to assist travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home position offers full training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth within a travel-focused company.

In this role, you will handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, guide travelers on destinations and requirements, and manage itinerary changes with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience in travel or hospitality preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Passionate about travel and helping others travel with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
