Job summary

Elevationtravelpartners is seeking a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. In this remote role you will provide customer support, handle travel-related requests, and help ensure each traveler has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

You will communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms; assist with reservations, itineraries, updates, and cancellations; and share accurate information on destinations and travel

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel helpful).
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests.
• Comfortable learning new online systems and tools.
• Interest in travel and helping others plan trips.

Responsibilities
