Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, call-centre sales or customer service with sales KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with resilience to handle objections and meet targets.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and following processes.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and current offers
• Responding to customer inquiries and converting leads into sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems
• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Supporting the field sales team by qualifying end-user leads and ensuring follow-up
• Building strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication
