Job summary

Doric, part of the Alchin Long Group, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to cover NSW. You will drive growth, identify opportunities, and maintain trusted relationships with customers across NSW Central Coast, North Coast, and up to Coffs Harbour, with occasional interstate travel.

Autonomy to manage your own region, represent an iconic Australian brand, and work from a home base while traveling. A background in building hardware or construction is advantageous and a current driver’s license

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales (5+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, professional, and willing to travel across NSW.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within target markets.
• Provide technical support, product training, and demonstrations.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, quotes, and account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
