Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with online search tools and social media for candidate research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive candidate searches using sourcing channels (job boards, social media, databases).
• Screen candidate profiles and perform initial telephone screenings.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate database and accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand sourcing needs and candidate requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication through early recruitment stages.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles.
