  • Act as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for Australia, while providing recruitment support to teams in South Africa and Germany.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a recruitment advisor, providing insight into talent markets, sourcing approaches and recruitment trends.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through to assessment, interviews, offers and negotiations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, behaviours and cultural/team fit.
  • Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract both internal and external talent.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.
  • Support employer branding, careers and social media initiatives.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and key performance metrics, using data and insight to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment technology, processes and the overall candidate experience.
  • Share recruitment best practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
About You

We are looking for a confident, proactive and commercially focused Talent Acquisition professional with a genuine passion for recruitment and the ability to lead and develop others.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Strong experience working within a dedicated recruitment/Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing recruiters.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations, regions or international markets.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or CRM.
  • Strong candidate sourcing capabilities, particularly through digital and social media channels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders across different cultures and geographical locations.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate engagement skills.
  • The confidence and ability to effectively promote opportunities and secure candidates.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and decision‑making skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different international time zones, particularly Australia, South Africa and Germany.
  • A willingness to occasionally adjust working hours to meet international business and recruitment requirements.
What You'll Bring

You will be professional, personable, approachable and reliable, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and the leadership skills required to develop and motivate a successful recruitment team.

You will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and be comfortable moving between advising senior stakeholders, supporting your team and personally managing recruitment activity.
