Responsibilities

• Source, engage and attract top talent for Gartner to drive growth across the business unit.
• Partner with business leaders and build trust-based relationships to understand requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including in-depth talent assessment and innovative sourcing.
• Lead stakeholder engagements including intake meetings, updates and debriefs.
• Act as Gartner ambassador to promote the value proposition in the market.
• Measure quality of hire and impact across recruitment activities.
