GitLab is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build go-to-market teams and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions. You will manage end-to-end searches, guide intake, and ensure fair, data-informed processes across recruitment stages.

Qualifications

• Experience owning full-cycle searches independently.
• Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience or strong interest in sales segments, quotas, OTE, ramp time, territory design.
• Developing advisor skills: building stakeholder trust and influencing without authority.
• Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies and balanced pipelines.
• Data-informed approach turning funnel insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations with clear metrics.
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations aligning scope, territory, quotas, ramp, interview plans, and timelines.
• Partner with hiring teams on structured interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback.
• Use market research and compensation benchmarks to shape search strategy and address blockers.
• Assess candidates on track record, quota attainment, and experience relevant to GTM.
• Build diverse sourcing plans balancing active, passive, referrals, and internal talent.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Share learnings and reusable resources; apply AI responsibly and reflect GitLab’s mission.
