Jobgether SRL is partnering with an Australian-based opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist | Medical Billing Expert. This full-time remote role combines hands-on medical billing with talent acquisition to identify skilled revenue cycle management professionals for U.S. healthcare practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and common denial reasons.
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly, ask probing follow-up questions, and assess whether candidates’ responses demonstrate genuine practical experience.
• Confidence conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates against role-specific technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open positions independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for full-cycle billing experience and payer knowledge.
• Assess billing proficiency including claim workflows, EOBs, denials, appeals, and A/R follow-up.
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments using rubrics.
• Recommend qualified candidates with evidence-based evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs with the internal team.
• Share insights to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment quality.
