• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-demand markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors and nurses.
• Proactively source and engage medical and nursing professionals to build talent pools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across clinical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet workforce plans and timelines.
• Manage candidate relationships from engagement to placement.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Contribute to ongoing success of RPO partnerships.
