Job summary

Applied Medical Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to partner with hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment for Field and Internal roles across the region. You will drive role scoping, advertising, screening, interviews, and offer preparation while shaping a candidate experience aligned with our culture.

You will attract candidates through diverse sourcing, maintain confidentiality, and provide credible advice to leaders on people decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, professional and consistent recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Attract potential team members through advertising/direct contact/referrals or unique sources.
• Support fair, objective and values-aligned selection decisions through structured recruitment practices.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and team member information.
• Assist leadership with timely, accurate advice and support wellbeing, engagement and retention programs and projects.
