Job summary

Ability Options offers a remote Support Coordinator role with induction on-site in Campbelltown, NSW. Permanent full-time position paying $46.70 per hour plus super and salary packaging, with flexibility and ongoing development opportunities.

You will support NDIs participants, coordinate services with case managers, and ensure compliance within a billable hours framework. Strong communication and stakeholder liaison are essential, along with WWC/NDIS checks and a valid NSW P2 licence.

Qualifications

• Ability to liaise with participants, customers and external agencies.
• Demonstrated time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants with their plan and budget.
• Assist a team of coordinators to plan and evaluate supports.
• Work within a billable hours framework with compliance.
• Proactively solve problems unsupervised to meet targets.
• Ensure reporting and auditing requirements are followed.
