Job summary

peopleworth is looking for a Student Success Manager to ensure learners thrive in their digital education journey. This fully remote role requires engaging with students from onboarding through completion, offering support and fostering a strong learning community.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in student support, and effective communication skills. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to enhance learner outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate with diverse learner groups.
• Experience facilitating online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for learners.
• Conduct 1:1 and group support sessions across time zones.
• Guide learners in structuring study plans.
