Job summary

Peopleworth in Australia is seeking an enrolment specialist to guide prospective learners through the end-to-end enrolment journey, provide clear information about programmes, and drive consultative sales to grow student numbers.

You will engage leads across phone, email, and video, manage CRM data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners while maintaining a high-quality, student-centred experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dedicated sales role with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and video channels.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused approach delivering a high-quality experience.
• Resilience, persistence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through each stage of the application and enrolment process.
• Engage with leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
