Job summary

peopleworth is seeking a proactive enrolment specialist to guide prospective learners through the end-to-end application journey. You will inform on programme offerings, answer questions, and support learners across channels to keep them engaged and informed throughout the process.

You will manage leads via phone, email, and video, maintain accurate CRM records, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a dedicated sales role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through each stage of the enrolment journey.
• Engage leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
• Manage the enrolment pipeline in CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for new learners.
• Communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options.
• Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and consultative selling.
• Participate in training and upskilling to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Encourage student referrals to support enrolment growth.
