Job summary

Peopleworth in Sydney is seeking a Student Sales Advisor to guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey. You will engage across phone, email, and video, provide clear information about programme offerings, and support learners as they progress toward enrolment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a dedicated sales role in high-value consumer services or similar
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication across phone, video, and written channels
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining data records
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
• Resilience, persistence, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through each stage of the application and enrolment process
• Engage with leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
• Use CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional, and supportive communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners
• Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options
• Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and effective consultative selling
• Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across CRM platforms
• Participate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Encourage student referrals to support overall enrolment growth
