Sumo Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical resource for the ANZ Accounts team in Melbourne.

You will share your product and technical expertise across security and observability use cases, through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations (Proof Of Values). You will work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to share knowledge, guide customers through POVs, and become a trusted advisor to deliver continuous

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MS preferred.
• 4+ years in a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on in security tech: IDS/IPS, SIEM, cloud security, etc.
• Experience with SaaS multi-tenant architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to articulate value propositions, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Technically close complex opportunities through advanced knowledge and credibility.
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value phase.
• Engage with executives down to developers and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of the service.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve the service.
