You will lead security strategy for high-value customers, engage CISOs, and guide sales engagements across Cisco and Splunk, mentoring regional teams and interfacing with global product groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with extensive relevant experience.
• Significant cybersecurity, Security Ops, and pre-sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SIEM, threat detection, and response.
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders and translate needs into solutions.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape security vision for high-value customers in SIEM, threat detection, and AI-driven SOC.
• Trusted Advisor: Translate business risk into robust architectures for CISOs and senior stakeholders.
• Sales Enablement: Lead campaigns and complex engagements across Cisco and Splunk.
• Regional Influence: Mentor APJC field via workshops, reference architectures, and repeatable sales motions.
• Product Interlock: Provide APJC insights to global product and engineering teams.
