BLUESHIFT is seeking a Software Engineer (Support & Reliability) to join our remote-first development team. You will investigate production issues, diagnose high-priority defects, and improve system reliability and observability while supporting escalation resolution for our market-leading business software used across Australia, NZ and Asia.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in software engineering or computer science and 4+ years of software development experience with C#,

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, .NET, Angular or SQL Server.
• Strong investigation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate clearly.
