Job summary

Virtual Colleague is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a coaching business with social media content distribution, lead generation, networking, and email marketing administration.

The VA will upload, schedule, organize, research, track, and maintain client content, contacts, prospects, and administrative tasks, largely using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and spreadsheets in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media calendars and scheduling across multiple platforms.
• Ability to identify and engage potential clients through social channels.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining contact/ prospect trackers.
• Experience with email marketing tasks and audience list management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Assist with lead generation and social prospecting, identifying potential clients.
• Maintain and update networking/contacts trackers and follow-up statuses.
• Preschedule newsletters in HubSpot and manage mailing lists.
• Flag missing information or tasks requiring client attention.
