CrowdStrike seeks a talented engineer to join the NG‑SIEM Serverless Cell Platform team in Australia. You will help ensure health, performance, and reliability of a large-scale SIEM platform while building automation to enable self-healing and scalable operations.

The role involves on-call rotations, upgrading clusters, and writing Go microservices to automate manual tasks, partnering with engineering and support teams to resolve production issues and improve system resilience.

Formación

• 3+ years in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience operating distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java or similar for automation.
• Cloud infra experience (AWS, OCI, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Willingness to balance operational stability with feature delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor health, performance, and reliability of LogScale cells.
• Upgrade LogScale clusters and microservices with ring-based rollouts.
• Contribute to monitoring with SLIs/SLOs and dashboards for debugging.
• Write Go microservices and automation scripts to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product engineering and support teams on production issues.
• Learn and share knowledge through mentorship and sessions.
