CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer III to join the NG-SIEM Serverless Cell Platform team in Australia. You will help ensure health, performance, and reliability of LogScale cells, scale operations, and contribute to automation that reduces toil across a petabyte-scale pipeline.

You will write Go microservices, participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations (8x7), upgrade clusters, and collaborate with product engineering and customer support to resolve production issues while balancing

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience operating distributed systems.
• Exposure to capacity planning and resource optimization for infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java for automation scripts and microservices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, OCI, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• A can-do attitude and strong team collaboration.
• Willingness to balance operational stability with feature delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of LogScale cells.
• Upgrade LogScale clusters and microservices using ring-based rollout strategies.
• Contribute to monitoring with defined SLIs and incident dashboards.
• Write Go microservices and automation scripts to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support on production issues.
• Learn and grow through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
