Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support remote Northern Territory projects from a site-based location in NSW. You will handle daily admin tasks, onboarding, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy and safety compliance.

The role requires a current manual driver’s licence, white card, and strong organisational skills, with a proactive, confidential approach to information management on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar site administration role, preferably in mining or civil projects.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
• Coordinate site access and onboarding for employees and subcontractors.
• Arrange flights and accommodation for new starters and inductions.
• Enter data and generate reports on payroll and production.
• Support monthly reports and claims with accurate information.
• Maintain site and personnel records and compile information.
• Report safety hazards, risks and incidents following policy.
