Job summary

Exact Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support resourcing, QA, subcontractor management and contract administration on remote mining and civil earthworks projects across NSW, SA and NT.

The role involves a 14 on / 7 off site roster with work in remote locations that can be hot, dry and dusty. You will engage in contract admin, QA and regular reporting, contributing to project delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure and/or road construction projects.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental measures.
• Ability to communicate with employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Methodical approach to work with meticulous documentation and organisational skills; hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Day to day resourcing of the project.
• Overseeing request for information submissions.
• Contract administration.
• Producing financial and monthly reports.
• Managing subcontractors; and
• Quality assurance.
