Job summary

Dizzy Property Group seeks a Permanent, Full-Time Settlements Officer to join the team in a fully remote Australia-wide role, supporting brokers and lenders through settlement.

You will lodge applications, manage settlements, meet deadlines, and keep CRM notes; requires 1.5 years settlements/mortgage broking experience and strong customer service.

The role offers a competitive salary of 75k-85k plus super and annual bonus, remote flexibility, and ground-floor growth with a young, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years in settlements or mortgage broking.
• Experience working remotely or independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lodging applications and managing through to Settlement.
• Communicate with clients and lenders through the loan document process.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systems.
