Responsibilities

• Log incoming service requests in ServiceMax and assign to the appropriate engineer or manager.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, and invoicing across SAP/ServiceMax/Ariba.
• Manage procurement, supplier onboarding, and parts logistics for CSEs.
• Support customers with quotations for repairs, upgrades, and parts.
