• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in higher education learning and teaching.
• Master's degree would be advantageous.
• Proven experience designing and developing high‑quality online learning content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high‑quality learning experiences across complex education projects.
• Manage projects and teams, providing mentorship and driving performance.
• Develop and maintain effective team processes, capabilities, and communication practices.
• Apply learning theories and pedagogical techniques to design online resources, activities, and assessments.
• Contribute to business development through client presentations and proposal writing.
• Oversee multiple complex projects with effective planning, governance, and delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and teaching staff to co-design innovative online experiences.
• Create student-facing learning materials aligned with AQF and industry standards.
