Job summary

Optivly PTY LTD is seeking an Instructional Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Australia. You will craft engaging learning experiences across online, blended, and face-to-face formats, from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities include discovery, needs analysis, scripting, storyboarding, QA, client sign-off, and end-to-end project management. You will work with AR/VR, HTML5 tools, and 2D/3D assets in a flexible, mostly remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design.
• All-round design experience across components of creating learning products.
• Understanding of UX principles and their impact on design work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery, training needs analysis, and strategic big-picture design.
• Deliver detailed design of learning interventions including scripting and storyboarding.
• Perform quality assurance of developed products.
• Manage review cycles and sign-off with clients.
• Apply UX-driven design principles with focus on user journey, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with clients and fellow designers to create learning outcomes.
• Own project lifecycles, including client and budget management.
• Work with diverse toolkit including 2D and 3D assets, AR/VR, videos, and HTML5-based tools.
