Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional for a 6-month project to create Community Services learning programs for frontline employment services teams. You will design learning solutions, develop content, and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to build capability across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex information.
• Source external learning programs to meet needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering on time and within scope.
• Monitor effectiveness, completion rates and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration and ensure mandatory training compliance.
• Facilitate engaging training across Australia for diverse audiences.
