Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer (Korean-speaking) to lead technical programs and act as the on-site technical representative for customer fleets in Australia. The role involves remote work support, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to customer sites to ensure reliable engine performance.

You will mentor junior FSEs, interpret OEM manuals, and drive continuous improvement in field service standards while coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent; 4+ years work experience alternative
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace field service, airline operations or related
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas
• Ability to work across multiple time zones including US time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and provide technical direction to customers and other FSEs
• Mentor Field Service Engineers and collaborate across departments
• Guide maintenance policy and continuous improvements for field service
• Provide proactive maintenance recommendations based on engine performance data
