Job summary

WFS Group is recruiting for a high-output Sales Development Representative. You will drive outbound and inbound interest, set qualified appointments, and feed the closer pipeline from a steady stream of warm leads. This is a remote, performance-based role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of SDR or appointment setter experience in high-ticket sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong drive.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule product presentations.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
• Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed.
• Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
• Continuously increase product knowledge via the training center.
• Participate in daily sales syncs to discuss initiatives and pipelines.
