Cockroach Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our top-of-funnel efforts and set up opportunities for the sales team. You will execute a multi-channel outbound strategy, research target accounts, and qualify early prospects to drive pipeline.

You excel in fast-paced environments, leverage CRM tools, and embrace AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and accuracy. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Lead Generation or Sales Development experience
• Experience with AI tools in daily workflow to improve speed and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy
• Research and prioritize target accounts weekly using intent signals
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to prospect at scale
• Own early-stage discovery and lead qualification calls
• Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and context
• Build technical fluency in CockroachDB
• Hit quarterly qualified opportunity targets
