Job summary

D&B is seeking a Scheduler to join their residential construction team. You will own the procurement, quoting and supplier coordination for single-storey and townhouse projects, helping to convert quotes into purchase orders and ensure contract accuracy.

This role supports the Accounts team, works primarily from home with occasional office travel, and offers a clear pathway to more senior responsibilities as you grow within a close-knit, flat-structured company.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction.
• Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setup while staying connected to the team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects.
• Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit.
• Raising purchase orders for labour and materials.
• Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders.
• Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback.
