Marble Group, a WA-based builder, is seeking an experienced Scheduler to prepare detailed BOQs and material take-offs for townhouse and detached housing across Victoria and Western Australia. The role is hands-on, allows autonomous work, and offers a clear pathway to senior leadership while collaborating with a lean, close-knit team.

You will schedule single-storey and townhouse projects, issue RFQs, review quotations, and support accounts with PO queries.

The business operates with a lean, close-knit team and minimal layers of management. As its Victorian operation continues to grow, there is strong scope for the successful candidate to take on greater responsibility and progress into a senior position.

The Role

This is a hands-on scheduling role focused on preparing detailed BOQs and material take-offs across townhouse and detached housing projects.

It will suit an experienced Scheduler who can work autonomously, question inconsistencies and contribute beyond simply processing information. You will work closely with the wider team while supporting projects across both Victoria and Western Australia.

The Requirements

• Minimum five years' residential scheduling or estimating experience
• Strong BOQ and material take-off capability
• Experience across detached housing and townhouse projects
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confidence questioning incorrect or incomplete information
• Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team
• Capability and ambition to progress into a senior position
