Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a respected WA residential builder to recruit a Project Scheduler. The role focuses on driving on-time delivery of single and double-storey homes, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient progression of construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Residential construction scheduling experience, WA experience ideal (Eastern States considered).
• Experience across project homes, modular, single or double-storey builds.
• Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements.
• Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Keep stakeholders updated throughout the build journey.
