Job summary

Pickles is seeking a dependable Sales Support Officer to join our auto division in Sydney, NSW. This permanent, full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a true hybrid arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

You will support auction operations, ensure compliant agreements, and provide administrative and reporting support to sales executives across 22 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong financial information systems knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure agency agreements are prepared and executed per Pickles policies.
• Coordinate vendor KPI reporting and liaise with internal stakeholders for reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor invoicing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
• Provide admin support to sales executives with paperwork and settlements for PVT and large consignments.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales-related inquiries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Location

Join our dynamic Sales Support Team! We're seeking a reliable, friendly quick learner with a keen eye for detail to support our auction operations. Work at one of our 22 locations nationwide, this permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) is perfect for someone with an automotive background ready to take their career to the next level in a thriving industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that agency agreements are prepared and executed in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures and instructions from sales staff
• Ensure that all vendor KPI reporting obligations are met in accordance with vendor agreements. This includes liaising with other internal stakeholders to put in place the appropriate reporting infrastructure that provides for efficient and accurate provision of reporting
• Ensure that vendor invoicing requirements are met to ensure that invoices are issued and paid on time
• Provide administrative support to sales executives with the preparation of paperwork and processing financial settlements for PVT and large consignment deals in accordance with Pickles’ policies and procedures
• Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales related enquiries as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Strong financial information systems knowledge. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other similar Enterprise Resource Management systems would be an advantage, but is not essential,
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Demonstrates strong initiative and high integrity,
• Ability to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with differing priorities,
• Ability to function well in a team,
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
