Qualifications

• Live in Australia with full working rights
• At least 2 years in customer service, inside sales or sales coordination
• Comfortable following up and asking for bookings without being pushy
• CRM is the single source of truth
• Can work 20 hours a week during business hours Sydney time
• Experience in trade businesses like construction, home improvement, electrical, air conditioning
• You've set up or cleaned up a sales pipeline before

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via calls, web enquiries, texts and emails and qualify each one
• Book site visits with sales lead and installers and confirm with customers
• Follow up new leads and sent quotes until there is a clear answer
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date
• Ask happy customers for reviews and referrals from customers, installers, electricians and builders
• Help find new work through tenders, outbound calls and local businesses
• Post installs and updates to social media channels
• General admin to support winning and delivering jobs
• Report to owners on bookings, day-to-day sales priorities and direction
