Job summary

Valuations Australia Services in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our remote inbound telephone sales team. You will personally handle warm enquiries and close bookings on the first call where possible.

You will coach others to lift conversion rates, demonstrate closing techniques on live calls, and keep CRM data accurate and reporting honest.

Aim is a self‑sufficient team delivering consistent, high‑quality valuation bookings with professional service.

Qualifications

Experience coaching a high-volume telephone sales team.
Proven ability to close warm inbound sales quickly.
Hands-on selling and coaching on calls.
Strong CRM discipline and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

Personally take inbound enquiries, handle objections and close valuation bookings.
Manage, coach and hold a remote telephone sales team accountable for results.
Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion without compromising service quality.
Listen to calls, provide practical feedback and demonstrate closing techniques.
Monitor daily results, conversion rates, follow-up activity and team performance.
Keep CRM records accurate, deal reporting honest and sales figures reliable.
Improve scripts, sales training, objection handling and follow-up processes.
Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and commercially.
Coordinate with valuers and other teams to provide accurate information and timely service.
Build a team that performs consistently without constant owner involvement.
