YO AI Labs seeks a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote SaaS project. You will audit CRM and related systems, resolve data issues, and define governance for scalable SaaS workflows.

Strong CRM experience and API literacy are essential for this role. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in CRM administration across Salesforce or HubSpot, and a track record of CRM implementations, data reconciliation, and cross-system integration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
