Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a client project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This contractor role is remote and requires strong CRM expertise to evaluate real‑world SaaS operations and resolve data inconsistencies.

You’ll help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows and document recommended system changes, with emphasis on governance and scalable CRM design.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
