Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a reliable Rostering Coordinator to join our NDIS and Aged Care team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for full-time. This is a remote role, 15 hours per week (9:00am–2:00pm, 5 days).

You will coordinate staff and participant rosters, ensure shifts are covered, and communicate changes promptly. The ideal candidate is highly organised, communicates well with support workers, participants and management, and can handle roster changes independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or scheduling for disability/aged care.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award is desirable.
• Strong prioritisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and participant rosters to ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Communicate roster changes quickly and clearly to staff, participants and management.
• Support a flexible, home-based, part-time roster administration role with potential for full-time growth.
