Qualifications

• Confident communicating with support workers, participants and management.
• Comfortable making decisions when rostering changes occur.
• Reliable, responsive and able to work independently.
• Experience in rostering, scheduling or disability/aged care operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS sector is desirable.
