Job summary

Octopus Deploy is seeking an experienced IT Operations/Revenue Systems Specialist to own our revenue tech stack, centering on HubSpot. You will align CRM data, support migrations, and ensure clean data flows across systems while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

With 5+ years in tech ops and hands-on HubSpot administration, you’ll enable smooth integrations with Zuora and other platforms, while providing practical IT support across teams in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years of experience in IT operations, revenue operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot is essential.
• Familiar with CRMs and how they support a sales motion.
• Knowledge of SaaS fundamentals, including identity providers and permissions, and platforms like Azure.
• Experience in a SaaS company or in a large org with sales/marketing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain revenue systems, with HubSpot at the centre.
• Lead the Salesforce to HubSpot migration planning and execution.
• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Zuora, and other systems.
• Act as the bridge between revenue and billing systems to keep data accurate.
• Improve data hygiene and automate data flows across the revenue stack.
• Respond to sales/marketing requests via Slack and align tools with business needs.
• Handle general IT support tasks like managing EntraID access and onboarding/offboarding Octonauts.
