Job summary

Rehab Management in Frankston, Victoria, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers through recovery and safe return to work. The role is office-based with hybrid working and operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Salary is experience-based with superannuation.

You will build trusted stakeholder relationships, access professional development funds, and benefit from incentives, additional leave, flexible work options and other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA is required.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid Driver’s Licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
