Job summary

Rehab Management Pty Ltd, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Hobart, TAS, to support injured workers on their journey back to work. The role is office-based with hybrid working, Monday–Friday, and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology required.
• Registration with AHPRA required.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience with complex psychological injuries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
