She Sells With Brooke Pty Ltd - Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting for a Recruitment CSM. Remote, full-time with a $70K base + super + bonus after training and probation. You’ll focus on post-placement success, check-ins, and ensuring long-term performance for members across Australia and the USA.

You’ll collaborate with the Recruitment team to secure well-fit matches, maintain data, and report trends. Effective communication, ownership, and a data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; updates with warmth and clarity.
• Resilience; perform under pressure and recover quickly.
• Coachable, solutions-focused with ownership.
• Strong attention to detail; data entered accurately and follow-ups kept.
• Comfort with data tracking and analysis; spot patterns and act.
• Track record of hitting KPIs in fast-paced environments.
• Autonomy and strong sense of ownership; minimal supervision.
• Experience in recruitment, customer success, account management, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Run structured check-ins with placed members across Australia and the USA, tracking performance and intervening early.
• Support members through initial placement weeks to achieve long-term success.
• Assist Recruitment team to ensure well-suited matches between members and employers.
• Build relationships with members, candidates, and hiring businesses.
• Maintain accurate placement data and report on trends, risks and outcomes.
• Own your numbers; be measured on placement success, retention, and outcomes.
