She Sells With Brooke Pty Ltd - Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting for a Recruitment CSM. Remote, full-time with a $70K base + super + bonus after training and probation. You’ll focus on post-placement success, check-ins, and ensuring long-term performance for members across Australia and the USA.

You’ll collaborate with the Recruitment team to secure well-fit matches, maintain data, and report trends. Effective communication, ownership, and a data-driven approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Run structured check-ins with placed members across Australia and the USA, tracking performance and intervening early.
• Support members through initial placement weeks to achieve long-term success.
• Assist Recruitment team to ensure well-suited matches between members and employers.
• Build relationships with members, candidates, and hiring businesses.
• Maintain accurate placement data and report on trends, risks and outcomes.
• Own your numbers; be measured on placement success, retention, and outcomes.

The Role

Getting a member placed is only half the job. Your main role is to make sure the placement works.

As our Recruitment CSM, you'll own the period after placement. You'll check in with members in their new roles, spot issues early, and do what's needed to keep them performing and progressing. You'll also work closely with our Recruitment team to make sure every match is the right one from the start.

This role is outcomes-driven, KPI-measured, and central to the results we promise our members.

What You’ll Do

Run structured check-ins with placed members across Australia and the USA, tracking how they're performing and stepping in before small problems become lost opportunities

Work with members through the critical early weeks of each placement and get them to long-term success

Support the Recruitment team to make strong, well-suited matches between members and hiring businesses

Build relationships with members, candidates, and our network of hiring businesses

Keep placement data accurate and current, and use it to report on trends, risks, and outcomes

Own your numbers. You'll be measured on placement success, retention, and member outcomes

Autonomy and Strong Sense of Ownership. We train and support, but don’t want to handhold and micromanage. You need to have the ability to perform with or without supervision, have fast feedback loops, and not be shy to own your role and responsibilities.

Experience in recruitment, customer success, account management, or sales is highly regarded

Experience with Monday.com or a similar CRM is a bonus

The Offer

$670,000 + superannuation

Bonus structure available after successful completion of training and probation

Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm Sydney time (preferred) or 8:00am–4:30pm. The early start lets us connect with US-based members and businesses during their business day
