Remote Alpha Geeks is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. You will collaborate with a Recruitment Consultant on a nationwide portfolio, with a strong focus on regional areas and a broad range of tasks across the full recruitment life cycle.

You will provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, while ensuring credentialing and compliance are at the forefront of every placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years admin experience and strong communication skills.
• Interest in medical and recruitment worlds and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to changing workload and be resilient.

Responsibilities

• Support a Recruitment Consultant with a Nationwide portfolio, focusing on regional areas.
• Coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment and provide exceptional service to candidates and clients.
• Be accountable for credentialing and compliance.
• Communicate with Doctors and Clients, manage travel bookings, and create mailers/adverts.
• Coordinate all compliance documentation and source/screen candidates.
• Manage the candidate and client database and maintain accurate records.
