Clough Limited is seeking a site-based Recruitment Administrator to support the in-house resourcing team through the full recruitment lifecycle. You will manage project recruitment documents, schedule interviews and medicals, perform phone screenings and reference checks, and maintain records in SAP SuccessFactors.

The role involves handling starter packs, compliance reporting, and building strong relationships with staff and clients in a fast-paced project environment.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and HR records handling.

• Administer project and recruitment documents and site entry requirements.
• Schedule interviews, medicals and related assessments.
• Conduct phone screening and reference checks.
• Maintain recruitment and HR records in SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Issue starter packs and ensure documentation is filed electronically.
• Assist with compliance reporting (licenses, tickets, emergency contacts, insurance, visas).
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors and clients.
