Job summary

LendingBase is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Sydney. You will own the client outcome from first conversation to settlement, working with qualified enquiries from partner brands.

Four+ years in residential mortgages and Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking are required. You will help shape our in-house platform, maintain compliance, and grow with the business as volumes scale.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of residential mortgage experience.
• Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Demonstrated volume of settled loans.
• Interest in broking technology and platform development.
• Strong compliance mindset.
• Ability to represent partner brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the client outcome from first conversation to settlement.
• Convert qualified enquiries into lodged, settled loans.
• Analyse position, goals, serviceability and structure.
• Structure and place residential lending on a panel.
• Discuss files with lenders and access pricing where needed.
• Meet Best Interests Duty and NCCP obligations.
• Represent the partner brand and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback to shape process as volume grows.
